Winning your league means making the right picks come draft day but it also means passing on the right players. The players you don't pick are just as key to the players you pick. We thought we would take a look at some of those players we are avoiding in drafts right now. These are guys setup for regression or find themselves in a situation that might not lead to optimal fantasy production. Export for itunes 2 0 2.

Nick Chubb, RB, Browns. Chubb had a breakout season, finishing eighth overall in fantasy running back scoring. He had just fewer than 1,500-rushing yards. Chubb had seven 100-yard rushing games and double-digit fantasy points all but four games. He was a different fantasy player when Kareem Hunt was in the lineup though. Chubb averaged 19.7 fantasy points per game without Hunt in the lineup. When Hunt returned from suspension in Week 10, Chubb averaged 13 fantasy points per game. He had fewer than 10 fantasy points four times with Hunt cutting into his workload. Hunt will be in the mix from day one this year, which is a concern for Chubb owners. He got a lot fewer looks in the passing game with Hunt playing. This is likely to be the case again this year. Chubb might have a hard time repeating his season from last year as long as Hunt is healthy and playing.

DeVante Parker, WR, Dolphins. Parker finally had that breakout season after years of disappointing fantasy owners. He was huge, especially down the stretch, finishing ninth overall in fantasy receiver scoring. The injury to rookie Preston Williams really helped the production of Parker, though. Williams was a big surprise and getting consistent work before tearing his ACL in Week 9. Parker averaged 11.5 fantasy points per game with Williams in the lineup. After Williams was injured, Parker averaged 17.1 fantasy points per game. His production was at a different level when he was able to be the complete focus of the passing game. Williams will be ready to start the season this year, so don't discount him to cut into the workload of Parker. Parker is going to have a hard time matching his numbers from last year.

Darren Waller, TE, Raiders. Waller was one of the surprise players in all of football last season, posing huge numbers as the starting tight end for the Raiders. He was fourth overall in fantasy tight end scoring and had his first 1,000-yard season as a pro. He kind of came out of nowhere. Waller was really the only dependable option in the passing game for the Raiders, though. He was targeted 117 times. There was just one receiver on the entire roster with more than 70 targets for the Raiders and leading receiver had 651 yards. There were just two receivers total that had more than 400-receiving yards. That should change this year as the Raiders revamped their receiving corps, taking three players in the draft. This means Waller could see fewer targets in the passing game and get less work overall. A regression seems likely for Waller after getting nearly all the work last season in the passing game for the team. Remember, the Raiders had a historically bad season for receiver production. That isn't likely to repeat.

Ryan Tannehill, QB, Titans. Tannehill had a breakout season, taking over as the starter for the Titans. He lead Tennessee to the AFC Championship game. Tannehill completed an impressive 70 percent of his passes for nearly 3,000 yards in 12 games. If he plays a full season, Tannehill throws for about 3,700 yards and scores 35 total touchdowns. The concern for Tannehill is the Titans run-heavy offense. Tennessee really went the route during the playoffs, seeing Tannehill have fewer than 100-passing yards two of three playoff games. He could be all over the map again this year for fantasy teams, disappearing at times as the Titans give him fewer chances to throw the ball some weeks. He had fewer than 20 pass attempts three of 12 games last season. He will be a tough fantasy player from to trust from week to week.

Mark Ingram, RB, Ravens. Ingram had a big first season with the Ravens, finishing 10th overall in fantasy running back scoring. He scored a career-high 15 touchdowns. Ingram had four 100-yard games and 11 of 15 games with double-digit fantasy points. He was a consistent force in the Ravens run-heavy offense. The Ravens added another running back to the mix this offseason, though, drafting J.K. Dobbins. Ingram is going to lose carries to the rookie. Plus, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill also should be in the mix for carries. The Ravens general manager even said this offseason that he envisions a four-headed monster at running back. Ouch. This is a fantasy nightmare. The chances of Ingram repeating his fantasy numbers from last year seem slim. His value is going south. And depending on the value, the entire Ravens running back situation might be one to avoid this coming season.
